In this edition of Clear Creek Winery’s Quarterly Newsletter I would like to let you know about the many good things happening at the winery. Romance and love are in the air for Valentine’s Day with a special Valentine dinner. Chef Link has put together a wonderful menu for you and the one you love to enjoy on Tuesday, February 14. The menu includes a complimentary glass of champagne; appetizer of spinach and gruyere bruschetta; a poached pear salad with dried cranberries and crumbled goat cheese with candied pecans in balsamic vinaigrette; entrees of shrimp scampi and angel hair pasta or an 8 oz. filet with herb butter. The winery specializes in turnkey options for weddings. The staff at Clear Creek Winery can take care of all the details that make your wedding and the events leading up to the wedding an unforgettable memory. The many options include in-house catering, indoor and outdoor event spaces and accommodations for guests at our romantic Clipper House Inn. All Clipper House guests receive a special wine tasting and cheese plate at the winery. Clipper House, is the perfect place for weekend a getaway or for out of town guests.
In addition to weddings, the winery offers a complete venue for all occasions, including dinners, lunches and cocktail parties from casual to elegant. We can host corporate retreats, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners or any type of party and make it special and unique. Renovations and planning are still under way for Tabella. Chef Link Livingston is busy planning the new menu which will feature the freshest farm to table selections available. Chef Link shows the attention to detail that makes for a great chef. Everything should be ready for the restaurant to open in March.
